Cottage Cheese Cheddar Biscuits
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Chives (optional)
1/4 Cup softened Butter
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl blend cottage cheese, softened butter and shredded cheese until smooth.
In another bowl mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt).
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms. (fold in chives)
Drop spoonfuls onto prepared sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, cool and serve!
