This No-Bake Energy Bites recipe is easy to make, full of feel-good ingredients, 
and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
sprinkle sea salt 

Instructions
 *Heating the peanut butter and honey together first (10-15 seconds) helps everything stick and when forming the balls. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.

Roll into balls. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
